I cannot punch any cards with my mobile device

When you cannot scan the PunchPlay card at a store location, you can still punch your card or redeem your reward.

  1. Ask the store owner or staff for a Punch Code
  2. Give them your phone number, username, or email
  3. Check your punch card or reward for a new Punch Code (tap the star ticket icon)

Note #1: you must already have the punch card added to your wallet to get a Punch Code for your punch card

Note #2: you must already have received a reward to get a Punch Code for your reward
